Do you all make your saddle trees yourselves?Yes, we make our saddle trees ourselves. Our advanced manufacturing process results in a tree that will not twist or break, under normal use.

Is there a physical store?Currently, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store or showroom.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?All our saddle trees have a 5-year warranty and certain trees have a lifetime warranty and it is covered under Regular use of the product only. It does not cover damages as a result of commercial use, misuse, accident, tampering, or improper maintenance.

What is your return policy?You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Products must have original packaging and tags. Email bnxsaddlery@gmail.com for a Return Authorization #. A 20% restocking fee applies.

How long until my order ships?We require 25-28 working days to handcraft your saddle. Once dispatched, delivery takes 15-20 days depending on your location. Faster shipping can be arranged.
