No. You shop with us online only, and we do not have a physical store or showroom.

Your saddle trees include a 5-year warranty, and some trees include a lifetime warranty. Coverage applies to regular use only. It does not cover commercial use, misuse, accidents, tampering, or poor maintenance.

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging and tags. Email bnxsaddlery@gmail.com for a Return Authorization # before you send anything back. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Your saddle is handcrafted in 25–28 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 15–20 days, depending on your location. If you need it sooner, ask about faster shipping.

We accept PayPal and Razorpay. Complete your payment securely at checkout.

Clean it regularly with a soft cloth and proper leather care products. Keep it dry and store it in a cool, ventilated place.
