Every BnX barrel saddle is handmade to order in our Kanpur workshop on a tree we build in-house, so the fit starts with your horse instead of a stock tree adjusted after the fact. Choose your seat size (12" to 17"), gullet width (6" to 8") and bar angle (42° semi-quarter horse or 45° full quarter horse bars).
Add a matching tackset or rear cinch, pick your leather color, tooling and conchos, or send us your own design. Our trees carry a 5-year warranty, and you'll get real photo updates while your saddle is being built.
Stock designs are typically ready in 25 to 28 days and custom builds in 28 to 31 days, then carefully packed and shipped worldwide to the US, Canada, Australia and beyond. Not sure about fit? Message us and a real person will help you choose the right seat size and gullet.
